Hello! A bit about me: I am going into my second and final year of rheumatology fellowship in southern CA. I was born in the US and am equally proud of my Californian and Indian roots. I speak Hindi and Spanish somewhat fluently. I have lived all over the country and am planning to settle in California. Outside of my professional life, I enjoy baking, hiking through national parks, yoga, watching a good show while I make dinner for friends, and doing crafts like crochet and embroidery. I make delicious baingan bhaja and chocolate chip cookies that you can probably smell from wherever you are.
My dad is a reputed physician in southern CA. My mom dedicated her younger years to raising 3 children and helping manage my dad’s office. My mom is from U.P. and my dad is from Bihar. They have been established in the US for over 35 years. My older sister has an MBA and works in marketing and my younger brother is in medical school. We are all very close and all hope to settle... more near each other.
I'd like to meet someone who I can eventually partner with to celebrate successes and navigate life's challenges. I'm looking for someone who strives to find balance between life and work, teaches me about his hobbies and at least feigns interest when I make him watch Planet Earth, and values open communication.
I'm thoroughly impressed if you've read enough to get here. Hope I can learn a bit about you now! Of note, please communicate first through some form of texting as I generally do not answer phone calls during my workday. This profile is co-managed by my parents. Thank you for your time and consideration.
