Our Success story I thought of giving a try to search my life partner through shaadi.com. It was interesting to know people through this portal, but it did not click with anyone.And same was the scene with my fiancee Rohish. There was a section called as Reverse matches on shaadi which suggested my profile to him and he sent me request on 2nd july 2012.So we chatted for sometime on shaadi.com on 4th july and then on gtalk, surprisingly it wasn't a typical shaadi chat. So both found it interesting. Now the twist in the story was I am catholic but was ok with any religion and preferred a guy who would settle in India and he is Hindu maharashtrian looking for life partner who would settle in USA and religion did not matter to him . He was planning to come to India in April 2013. So initially we were not at all serious about each other. But eventually as the time passed by, with looooong phone talks(one day we spoke for more than 15 hrs on international call..lol..),chats on whats app,Skype and many mobile apps,we realized that we had fallen for each other and were serious about the commitment of marriage. The kind of life partner we were in search of, had finally ended. We spoke to our parents and to our surprise they were happy with our choice.Rohish preponed his trip and came to India on 11th Nov 2012. That was the first time we saw each other in person, it was a magical moment for both of us.Things fell in place so soon and we got engaged on 22nd November 2012. We will be getting married on 17th Dec 2013. Destiny wanted us to be together and shaadi.com was the medium through which it happened.We really thank the team of shaadi.com for helping us find each other.
